What is Covered? Your entire HP100CIP printer is covered for one full year by our Rapid Replacement program. Ink cartridges are not covered. How does the program work? If you’re experiencing problems we will attempt to resolve the problem with you over the phone, but if that doesn’t work then we will issue a UPS Ground Call Tag for your unit. As soon as we can confirm that UPS has picked up your printer we will ship you a permanent replacement. Who pays shipping costs? We will pay for the UPS pickup and to ship your replacement to you by UPS Ground. If you wish to upgrade to Next Day Air you will be charged an additional $99 pre-paid.What is the benefit over the standard warranty? Normally you would ship your unit to us and we would repair the unit and then ship it back to you. This process usually takes 10 to 20 business days. For customers who can not afford to be without their duplicator that long the Rapid Replacement Program provides peace of mind that they’ll be up and running within days.

Extended Warranty Explained
What is covered under this two year extended warranty? All parts and labor are covered for two years from date of original purchase.How does the program work? If a problem arises with your autoprinter during the warranty period and we are not able to resolve the problem over the phone then you will need ship the unit to our factory for repair. We will repair your autoprinter at no charge and return the autoprinter to you in good working condition. Who pays shipping costs? You are responsible for shipping your autoprinter to us in original packaging. If you do not have original packaging contact us for information on how to ship the product. We will pay to ship your autoprinter back to you after it has been repaired. We will ship the unit by UPS Ground. You may request expedited shipping at your expense.
