Our printer autoloaders are fully automated, self-contained CD DVD printer autoloaders are PC Connected & Network Ready. Configured with the Refurbished Rimage Color Thermal CD DVD printer that is perfect for text or simple graphics. Simply load your .prn label file from a CD-R onto the built in 160 GB HDD using the user-friendly 6-button LCD keypad and you have a full-blown printing system at your fingertips! The networking software is included with the printer autoloaders if users wish to network the systems. The network software allows for connectivity into any local or remote network via a PC connection. If a job is submitted over the network a .prn file is created on any PC containing the included label file designer and it is then sent to the printer, just as any office printer receives print jobs. End users can submit jobs in batches to printer variable numbers of different discs.

Network Software Features
Remote printing (client/server). High-speed USB connection. Unlimited job queuing w/ job priority options. Users can view the status of pending jobs and jobs in process. A user can cancel any job that is not in process. Job priority may only be changed by the system administrator. Multiple servers can exist on the same network. Clients simply select the server they want to submit jobs to. Built-in label design software allows users to create full color text and graphic labels. Automatically processes queued jobs in the order that they were submitted to the queue. Ability to connect multiple printer autoloaders to one server.

Rimage offers a proven method for custom labeling that prints high-resolution text and graphics directly on the surface of your CD-R or DVD-R. The Rimage Prism CD Printer uses thermal transfer technology, has the best results on smooth media that is neither porous nor ink jet printable. The best media are lacquer and thermal white coated. Maintenance for the Prism Plus is generally limited to replacing the print ribbon and cleaning the print head with each new ribbon. The print head generally needs to be replaced every 10,000 full cd printings. All Rimage thermal ribbons are multi-purpose. The Rimage Prism thermal ribbons comes in the following colors Black, Blue and Red. Rimage Prism Three-Color Ribbons. Each mono color Rimage Ribbon will print approximately 2,100 CDs per single-color ribbon. The quantity will vary according to the size of what you are printing (because of the ribbon saving feature) on the CD, and whether you have selected single-pass or double-pass printing. Rimage CD Designer software is designed specifically to work with Rimage thermal printer ribbons to create label images. Also, the CD Printer Driver allows you to print labels that you create with any of your existing graphic applications.
